In the futurist view of Christian eschatology, the Tribulation is a seven-year period of time where all of mankind will experience worldwide hardships, persecution, disasters, famine, war, pain, suffering, and death on an unfathomable scale which will affect all of creation and precede judgment of all once the Second Coming takes place.
The year is 2025.
Israel has just prevailed in yet another war against its neighbors, and for the first time in its history, its citizens rejoice and cheer in the streets, “Peace and safety!”
